GIL

Gil Grand is an eight-time Canadian Country Music Association (CCMA) nominee and CCMA “Male Vocalist of the Year” and “Record Producer of the Year” winner. His debut album on Sony Records’ Monument imprint, Famous First Words, produced a No. 1 single along with several top 10s, gaining Grand the momentum to release two more award-winning projects.

Grand moved back to Nashville from Canada in 2007 and shortly thereafter, his co-owned music publishing company, Grand & Gee Music, took home SESAC’s “Song of the Year” award for his participation as a publisher on Chris Young’s No. 1 hit “Tomorrow” and a GRAMMY® for “God And My Girlfriends” recorded by Reba.

Grand lives near Nashville with his family. He owns a bass-boat, drives a Ford pick-up truck, has a couple of good dogs, and loves to perform classic country music any chance he gets. He’s a living breathing country song.

AJAYE

Ajaye (pronounced “A.J.”), grew up in western Canada. It was a small town and her parents owned a collectors card shop. As unconventional as that may sound, it played a huge role in who she is today as an artist. Surrounded by music history and collectables, she learned from an early age that everything, and everyone has a story worth hearing.

The British Columbia Country Music Female Artist of the Year is the first ever female artist to be bestowed the resident artist at Blake Shelton’s Ole Red in Nashville TN, and has performed at Merritt Music Mountain Fest, The Calgary Stampede, SunFest, The Listening Room, The Bluebird Cafe, Lyrics on the Lake (Virginia), and The Tennessee Songwriter’s Award Show. Ajaye is our resident social media guru and official fill in for the Jamboree!

DOUGLAS: MASTER OF ALL JAMBOREE MEDIA & SMART SHIT

Douglas, who we sometimes call Coon Googler, can Google anything and everything… Even the name of country star Lee Ann Womack’s childhood pet raccoon. We also call him Douglas Everything because he handles EVERYTHING we need!

The design on our bus, our merch, our social media, our online booking system… We name it, he does it! And that’s why he’s been with us since we got wheels on the the Rollin’ Jamboree! He eats, sleeps and breathes country music… Despite the fact he can’t carry a tune. He makes up for it with his devotion to our patron Saint, Queen Dolly Parton!

LISA

Meet Lisa – MANAGER of all things Jamboree. With a family tree that’s more twangy than a backwoods banjo, she’s got country in her blood and charm in her bones.

As the daughter of Lynn Anderson and Glenn Sutton, and granddaughter of the legendary Liz and Casey Anderson, Lisa’s got a pedigree that would make any cowboy tip his hat in respect.

But don’t let her sweet tea and sunshine demeanor fool ya, now. Lisa’s a savvy manager and social butterfly, mixin’ business with pleasure faster than you can say “y’all.”

Under her watchful eye, Music City Rollin’ Jamboree keeps on truckin’ by bringin’ folks together. So next time you find yourself at one of her shindigs, raise a glass to Lisa, the queen of country cool.
